What time to go to bed

I have been thinking a lot lately about the best time to go to bed. Do you think it is 9:00, 9:30, 10? Maybe 10:15, or 10:18? Then again, maybe 9:27? I think 9:54 sounds like a good time. Or maybe 10:17? Help.

How will I decide?

    I thought 9:00 was a good time until you said the other times. Now that I think more I cannot decide either.

    maybe a solid 6:09pm will do the trick.
